I was travelling with my 2 kids and one of them is under medication in NUH. I was not supposed to get chkin after 12 noon. but I reach Singapore on early morning at 5am. so I tried my luck with hotel reception (small but very decent size due to the use pattern of the hotel) and they offered me the room from 6am in the morning with BF!! Upon chkin, we found that room wasn't ready for us as the house keeping havent clean the room as they knew that we are coming in noon. but we didnt bother about that as we can easily rearrange the rooms by ourselfs and immidiate accomodation after long journy with kid (under medication) was already a great help. But the staff on-duty was very much sorry about the room situation and he said sorry probably hundred times.
later around mid day we left the hotel for our issues, and mean time the housekeeping clean the room except the bed where our two kids were sleeping. so we thought that they will come later and they thought we wil call them once the kids are up. anyway, the bed was not done when we came back at 6pm. upon enquary, we came to know that the housekeeping left at 5pm as its a serviced apartment with no full time house keeping and they didnt do the bed due to misundestanding. so the hotel offered me another room, but i liked the view from this room, so I said its ok. few min after, the manager of the property with her front desk staff came and fix the bed by themselves!!! they also give us a extra bed for my elder kid. very thoughtfull of them. i was quite surprised and impressed about their sincerity.
the BF is simple but very much ok with all necessary foods and alternatives. you can take away the BF in your room if you like. the best part in the lobby where they keep a Nespresso coffe machine, and i like the coffe, so i always go down stairs to get a special coffe though there are other coffe in the rooms.
it was a very pleasent stay for my family there with very easy communication to anywhere in singapore.(Khaondkar N., Bangladesh)
