Overall the hotel was good to relax. The swimming pool was great for family. Room was better than Michel. However, some details still need to be improved. For example the room cleaner needs to have a smile or just say "good morning!" to customers but said nothing even we were eyes contacted when we walked through the corridor. Moreover the hooker in the room needs to be fixed but they didn't. Some of the area in the room which was hided was really really dirty. They didn't vacuum for a long long time (under the TV set , you can use a torch and see the fact).(Ka W., Hong Kong)
Tired stay cos room located far from the lift. The hotel also located far from the amenities .
