We have previously stayed in the Regent using the Club. The hotel is very efficient with good staff. It is centrally located but just off Orchard Road in a quiet location. For people paying in Sterling, Singapore is now very expensive. The Club floor costs but does deliver value in terms of breakfast, cocktails, coffee etc.(Carl J., United Kingdom)
