My stay at the Somerset Orchard Singapore was satisfactory. The good points have been listed above. However there are much room for improvements. They are listed below:
1) Larger size beds should be provided to add value for money
2) Sunday cleaning service should be provided
3) Sofa and blankets were not very clean, we experienced some dust allergies while syaing there(Agnes C., Indonesia)
Our stay was comfortable.The rooms were cleaned and sheets changed all except Sunday.They had a pool on the rooftop and a playground.Since our kids were small there was another playroom on the 6th floor which was well equipped with toys and paraphernalia for our two toddler children aged 5 and 6.The room had a large fridge and kitchenette which helps if you have kids.(Saraswathy A., India)
The hotel is comfortable and homey. Location is perfect in the middle of orchard road, shopping places and restaurants is within walking distances from the hotel. The hotel also provide baby cot for travellers with baby. Overall a good hotel to stay in Singapore, for shoppers especially.(Denny D., Indonesia)
