2nd visit but the services still needs to improve. Its a luxurious five star resort but services still lacks. Room service was extremely very slow and food turns cold. Not many choices of pasta.
Either spaghetti or penne only. Quite strange for a 5-star hotel. Stayed over the weekend. The lobby was storm with big family with children running around. My room is next door is occupied with big an "entourage" Wonder why the hotel allows this?(Mohamed S., Singapore)
