checking in was a breeze. even though we had to wait for the room to be ready, it felt like a short while as they offered us singapore slings each at the writers' bar. the room was spacious and clean, with night-turn service. and you could choose to have american breakfast in your room or at tiffin's room for the continental buffet breakfast. the raffles butler was also very prompt when we called for service.(Rebecca L., Singapore)
